Past personal and professional experiences include …Once upon a time being a young military wife stationed at Schofield Barracks Hawaii and Ft. Lewis Washington. During this time I was a Kodak Certified Color Specialist and worked mostly in developing photos from 35mm film in a 1 hour photo lab.
Prior to my return to SRJC I had several years of experience in box office management. Some of the events I have had the pleasure of working with include the San Francisco International Film Festival hosted by San Francisco Film Society, The Mill Valley Film Festival hosted by the California Film Institute and The Monterey Jazz Festival.
In 2010 I became a mother and used this paradigm shift to change directions. I relocated to Santa Rosa from the East Bay and started my journey of pursuing higher education.
I am a SRJC Cal-Works student alumni who started as a student employee back in 2013. Completing an AA in both Humanities and Social and Behavioral Sciences, I am hoping to continue my education in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree.
I have been a familiar campus face for the last 3years working at the Media Service Desk in SRJC’s Doyle Library. And have recently found my home in the Theatre Arts Department as the Box Office Technician for both the Theatre Arts Department and The Summer Reparatory Theatre Program.
