Arriving
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO FIND THEATRE LOCATIONS AND PARKING.
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to curtain. Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, and may have to watch the performance on a video monitor in the lobby until intermission.
Seating
ADA seating is available in both the Burbank Theatre and Studio Theatre, including the following:
- Wheelchair spaces – no seats, no stairs
- Wheelchair transfer chairs – no stairs
- Moveable arm seats to transfer from wheelchair or walker to theatre seat - with and without stairs
- Companion seats – available on first come, first serve basis

Wheelchair and mobility-impaired seating is intended for patrons with mobility disabilities. If you require ADA accessible seating, please notify the box office staff at the beginning of your ticket transaction, or online select from the ADA accessible seats shown on the seat charts. The box office staff is happy to assist with accessible seating accommodations, call 707-527-4307 during box office hours.
Wheelchairs and walkers from transfers will be stored in the lobby by staff and ushers throughout the performance. Please let your usher know if you will need your mobility equipment returned during intermission. All mobility equipment will be promptly returned to owners by staff and ushers at the end of the performance.
Stairs
Both theatres have shallow stairs and gradual incline to access the majority of seats.
Restrooms
Wheelchair accessible stalls in restrooms and one unisex restroom are located in the lobby.
Visitor Disabled Parking
Visitors on Santa Rosa Junior College properties, not enrolled in courses, who have a valid disabled placard, disabled person’s license plate, or disabled veteran’s license plate displayed may park in parking spaces without a SRJC parking permit or metered spaces without depositing money.
Convenient theatre handicapped parking is available on the first level of the Zumwalt Pavilion parking structure and on Burbank Circle Drive, both off Mendocino Avenue:

Ramp access to Burbank Auditorium lobby is located at the front of the building.

Assistive Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available for both Burbank Auditorium and the Studio Theatre, and consists of a headphone headset (cleaned after each use) and a multichannel transmitter. May be checked out at the box office in the lobby.
We require the deposit of a legal photo ID such as a driver’s license for check out.
Due to high volume of activity at the box office prior to show start times, please check out your device at least 30 minutes before your performance begins.
